Good morning! I enjoyed your article ma'am. Without such, I'd never have heard of this! Thanks to the MSM "great" coverage of important events, I know how well the Olympics are going 🙄
Sadly. Obama’s use of the drone program, which he inherited, was one of the main talking points of the anti Hillary left & Bernie Bros because they amplified the drone’s collateral damage vs the lives saved theory. HRC was labeled a war monger & it stuck. Hale should have sought legal counsel about his rights as a whistle blower and proceeded from there instead, he called Intercept.
I know you have a different view on this, so I will ask a question.
If you are in a covert activity and you note that what you or someone you work with is committing a crime against your own country, what alternative do you have? What should you do? I mean, your own intelligence officers and agents break other nation's laws for a living. That is normal behavior.
But, people who recognize that your own officials are doing it have a responsibility to report it. And they do, so of course it's covered up and obscured and it's even harder to deal with since an ass like Trump just looked the other way because it benefited him and his family financially and that's his main motivation for everything.
I remember your tweets about Snowden and people like him, and while he went to Russia because he probably felt he didn't have a choice, I don't doubt that they made him share the info in order to stay there. I don't think he was a hero by any stretch, but the sheer volume of foreign illegality that then winds its way back into US domestic politics is a big no-no. That must be reported. SCIF are not Holy Sites, although many people in politics and government all seem to think it is, but it's got rules, and part of those rules are that you are supposed to report crimes committed by your own officials against your own people.

Excellent piece

So, I'm curious about your views on this.
