Oil and gas facilities partnering with the Russian state are blowing up at a rate that seems more than coincidence; something Biden warned Putin about.
I could not agree with you more. I am thrilled that Biden is doing this, and I think it's absolutely certain that he is doing it. Couldn't have asked for more, even if Jim Mattis were President
Honestly, I'm torn. There's a certain amount of "we should not stoop to their tactics" floating around my head, but again, this is international relations. It's not as if Putin had known that this special relationship with Trumpleforeskin wouldn't be continuing indefinitely. Did he actually think he could play the Russian "pass the office" game like Putin did with Medvedev all those years? Just get a cycle of Russian assets in the White House? Is that what he thought? For a KGB guy, it's not a smart thing to assume.
So yeah, I'm happy that Biden is not standing idle. The pushback is necessary to get Putin to understand that he does not have free reign, his nation's dependence on oil revenue is dangerous for a modern economy and finally, like in Donbass, the political costs of this kind of covert activity will not go unnoticed or unanswered.
If the US is behind this, I have zero issue with it. Russia long ago declared "war" on western economic interests. Turnabout is certainly fair play.

Thank you for your careful analysis. It is heartening to see Putin kept in check.
*Biden sunglasses gif* LOVE IT!!!!

Trump vs Biden...the difference between a blowhard cowardly bully and someone who doesn't play that shit.
